Emin Et was founded in
1996 and it provides its consumers
with healthy, reliable and delicious meat and meat products keeping quality and
hygiene rules in the foreground.
The cattle and kyloes we slaughter are 100% Turkish
and they are provided from various regions of Anatolia and Tracheae
under the supervision of expert veterinaries.
The animals are taken live to Live Cattle and Meat Branch of Istanbul Trade Stock and they are subject to the health examination
conducted by the veterinaries assigned by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural
Affairs and after measuring their live weights,
they are cut under the supervision of veterinaries assigned by the Office of Slaughterhouses
under the authority of Department of Health of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality
subject to Islamic rules of slaughter.
