Emin Et was founded in 1996 and it provides its consumers with healthy, reliable and delicious meat and meat products keeping quality and hygiene rules in the foreground.

The cattle and kyloes we slaughter are 100% Turkish  and they are provided from various regions of Anatolia and Tracheae  under the supervision of expert veterinaries.

The animals are taken live to Live Cattle and Meat Branch of Istanbul Trade Stock  and they are subject to the health examination conducted by the veterinaries assigned by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and after measuring their live  weights, they are cut under the supervision of veterinaries assigned by the Office of Slaughterhouses under the authority of Department of Health of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality subject to Islamic rules of slaughter.


Our products will be ready for delivery after being vacuumed with "Vacuum Machine" under the rules of hygiene.

The nerves on the meat are extracted at the "Grinder" by means of the nerve extractor device and they are prepared in nerves free mince.

The meat is chopped at our facilities in the times and amounts required in the “Grinder” shaped as cubes.


The facilities owned by Emin Et with its head department in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Slaughterhouse organizes the delivery of its product to all points in Turkey under reliable, hygiene and healthy conditions!

The distribution is performed by the Professional staff employed and the rules of hygiene are strictly abided by.

The vehicle fleet with the cooling system delivers the meat at required and desired quality to the points of delivery without breaking the chain of cold chain and with no delays.
